We have long had an internal demand - particularly when working with external companies or customers - that items assigned to an individual must be reviewed or approved by a second person, which fully aligns with sound process and governance principles.

At the same time, it is essential to preserve the existing notification philosophy within the system.

For this reason, we request the introduction of a second responsibility field in the following modules:

-Manufacturing

-Site Progress

-Deviations

-Tasks

(This is not required for the Time Schedule module.)

This new field should follow the same concept and behavior as the existing “Assigned To” field, but with the proposed title “Reviewer / Approver”

The objective is to support a clear two-step responsibility model - assignment and review/approval - while ensuring that notifications and accountability remain consistent and transparent across all involved parties.
