I searched but couldn't find a way to connect a BOM with a Site Progress Item. This feature would be particularly helpful for isometries, allowing me to see the progress of the BOM when accessing the item list.

I am currently limited to filtering only the data displayed in the 'cards' within Deviation Boards. It would be beneficial to have the ability to display additional data fields, making them available for filtering. Alternatively, it would be helpful if the 'scannable' setting in forms could be adjusted to allow corresponding fields to be available for filtering. This enhancement would improve the usability and efficiency of the filtering process.

Currently, when setting up a project, I can only upload new images or use the camera. It would be helpful to directly access and select images stored in Insite LMS, rather than uploading them again. This would streamline the process and make it more efficient.

Summary We propose introducing a new Checks feature that allows Tasks to contain individual checklist items that can be completed, tracked, and documented separately. In addition, reusable CheckLists can be created and linked to Task Template Items. Whenever a Task is generated from a template, the configured CheckList is automatically applied, creating all required Checks for the user. This provides a structured way to guide users through inspections, verifications, quality checks, commissioning activities, audits, and other repeatable processes. Key Features Checks within Tasks A Task can contain multiple Checks. Each Check includes: • Name • Description • Result (Yes / No / Not Applicable) • Comment • Creation Date • Last Modified Date • Closed Date • Closed By Adding Number of Checks in Task-Cockpit. (Completed/Total) Reusable CheckLists A CheckList acts as a reusable template containing predefined Check items. ________________________________________ Automatic Check Creation A CheckList can be assigned to a Task Template Item. When a Task is created from the template: 1. The Task is generated as today. 2. The assigned CheckList is detected. 3. All CheckList items are automatically copied into the new Task as individual Checks. This eliminates manual creation of recurring checklist items and ensures consistent execution across projects. ________________________________________ Task Status Automation To simplify workflow management, Task status will automatically follow the status of its Checks. Automatic Task Closure When all Checks belonging to a Task are completed: • The Task is automatically closed. Automatic Task Reopening If a completed Check is reopened: • The parent Task is automatically reopened. This keeps Task status synchronized with the actual work remaining. ________________________________________ Recurring Task Enhancement Current Behavior: Today, when a recurring Task is completed, the same Task is reopened with a new due date. New Behavior When a recurring Task is completed: • The original Task remains permanently closed. • A new Task instance is automatically created for the next occurrence. • All Checks are generated for the new Task. • Adding Column OrignialTaskId => ForeignKey to the first occurrence.

I would like the ability to assign Site Progress Items to a company in addition to a user. This feature would help us indicate which company is responsible for implementing each element, as we currently use user assignments for our supervisors.

For our operations we would need more than one CustomText field on Site Progress Activity Level. 1 or 2 more fields would help us a lot.

I would like to have an additional column in the import overview that displays the affected data field. Additionally, splitting the description into three columns—data field name, old value, and new value—would make it easier for me to review the data. Currently, I have to copy the data into a small Excel tool to generate these columns.

Do you have sometime the problem that you get Packing Lists in PDF Format or you only receive the material on Site with printed paper? We are thinking about adding a functionality like in Accounting Item to make picture(s) on site or upload a .pdf in the Desktop versions.

It should be possible to make an automated import of project lists via Excel Template.

Extend the import process so that Tasks can be created automatically from predefined Task Templates whenever new objects (Packages, Shipments, ...) are imported. What will change? • Administrators can configure a Task Template for each supported import type. • During an import, the system will check whether a Task Template has been configured. (Single selection only) • If a matching template exists, the system will automatically create the corresponding Tasks for every newly created object. • Existing objects will not be affected; Task Templates are only applied to newly created items during import. Configuration • A new configuration option will be available for all supported import entities that allow Tasks. • Users can specify the name of the Task Template to be used during import. • The system validates that the referenced Task Template exists before applying it.
