I need a way to track changes in Project Forms to understand how information was entered incorrectly. It would be helpful to have an audit trail or history feature that shows who made specific entries, so we can provide guidance or training if needed.

I would like to automatically extract User information from Insite LMS. The Reports would be very helpful for this

I need a way to restrict deviation status changes based on roles. Specifically, when a deviation is created by a 'Supervisor', it should always be marked as 'open'. The 'Construction Manager' should then decide whether it is 'approved' or 'rejected'. If rejected, the Supervisor cannot make changes. If approved, the Supervisor can change the status to 'in progress' or 'work completed'. The Construction Manager should have the ability to change to any status at any time. Current data restriction settings do not allow for this level of control.

Currently, I can only check in and out using the QR code on the Time App. Have you considered or is there a way to trigger the check-in process just by looking into the camera? This would allow the system to recognize the person directly through facial recognition, without needing a QR code, and determine if the person is arriving or leaving. I saw a similar system on a construction site in Ireland recently.

It would be helpful if different entries in a dropdown field could be marked or color-coded differently in the list view. This visual differentiation would enhance clarity and usability when viewing and managing lists.

It should be possible to make an automated import of project lists via Excel Template.

I would like the ability to link tasks to Site Progress Elements so that the task status directly influences the progress percentage. For example, if a task is completed, the Site Progress Element should reflect 100% progress. If there are two tasks and one is completed, the progress should be 50%. Additionally, it would be beneficial to assign an integer value to tasks for weighting purposes, while keeping task status as either 0% or 100% to maintain simplicity.

Our construction site colleagues would like the ability to send notifications to specific individuals within the Daily Logs. These logs document the current status of the construction site and often contain information relevant to the Project Manager or Team Leader. Currently, affected individuals are not informed when a new entry is created or an existing entry is supplemented or changed. Implementing this feature would ensure that relevant parties are promptly notified of updates.

Currently I need two imports for creating projects: Companies and projects. The project import can then reference a company, created with the first company import. I would like to have only one import, and automatically create the Customer and Site address from this one import.

It would be beneficial to have the Storage Areas module available on the mobile app. Currently, this module is not accessible on mobile devices, which limits our ability to manage storage locations efficiently while on-site. If we can set a GPS coordinate per Storage Area as well, sharing GPS coordinates with transport companies would streamline deliveries.
