Rather than getting informed as soon as the calibration of a project tool is overdue or an employee certification in a project has expired, it should be possible to receive an alert notification several days in advance of such an event.

For both notification types it should therefore be possible to configure the number of days an alert should be sent in advance to warn the user that e.g. a tool calibration needs to be conducted soon or that an employee certificate is about to expire any time soon.

In addition, the frequency of the tool calibration notifications will be increased from a weekly to a daily basis.
