I would like the ability to create clickable hyperlinks directly within LMS text fields. Currently, generating a hyperlink through a report and mapping it back to the item via attachments link is cumbersome and not in real-time. Having clickable hyperlinks in text fields would greatly enhance efficiency.

I would propose a setting in the Forms editor, to define a column as hyperlink, which can be clicked by the user.
