Color-Coding for Dropdown Entries in List View

It would be helpful if different entries in a dropdown field could be marked or color-coded differently in the list view. This visual differentiation would enhance clarity and usability when viewing and managing lists.

Additionally, color coding would be particularly helpful for updates to information such as delivery dates. For example, with regard to planned delivery dates that have been postponed due to a new import into the LMS. Ideally, it would be helpful to have a configurable notification function.
