Create multiple reports at once

Feedback / Idea:
Add a second option (e.g., a small dropdown arrow) below the current Report button that opens a new dialog or wizard. In this dialog, users can select one or multiple reports (similar to the Process Package functionality) and then choose from several options:
- Export format: PDF only at first, potentially Excel in the future
- Combine reports into one file: Yes/No (for PDF exports)
- Download to folder
- Open in email
This would provide users with more flexibility and streamline multi-report handling.
