Daily Logs: Notifications to specific people

Our construction site colleagues would like the ability to send notifications to specific individuals within the Daily Logs. These logs document the current status of the construction site and often contain information relevant to the Project Manager or Team Leader. Currently, affected individuals are not informed when a new entry is created or an existing entry is supplemented or changed. Implementing this feature would ensure that relevant parties are promptly notified of updates.

Maintain Distribution Lists for Notifications

Enable the Notifications tab (same as in Deviation/Tasks) for the Daily Log, Summary Report and Manufacturing Report modules.
Provide a simple way to set up notification lists.
e.g. Introduce a new module in Project Setup (like Storage Areas,...) where we can define users and distribution lists.
Enhance the Notifications Tab to select a Distribution List and thus add the same multiple users easily at once.

Why don't do this by raise a nee Task? So you can also track the status of the task! Unfortunately this Task can only be asined to one user. This is one feature which I am missing in the complete system. So if more than one person should informed you have to create a report und send it via mail
