Import Site Progress Items (and other elements) with Task Template

Add a setting on import, to read a Task Template.
If a new Site Progress Item (or any other object with tasks) is created via the import, a list of predefined Tasks from the provided Task Template will also be created.
Limitation comment: If the Site Progress Item already exists, the import will not create Tasks- It is difficult to check if specific tasks from a specific task template have already been created or not. And we should avoid creating duplicate Tasks when importing the same file multiple times.

I am currently facing challenges in associating Task Templates to Manufacturing Items due to the system's limitation of adding only up to 1,000 tasks at a time. This makes it impractical to manage all 44,938 weld joint items manually. I would like to request the possibility of associating Task Templates to Manufacturing Items through an Excel import model. This feature would significantly streamline the process and allow us to efficiently control all weld joints within the system.
