Include all projects in export reports automatically

I would like to have the ability to include all current and future projects in export reports without having to add them manually (assign the report to projects).
This feature would streamline the reporting process and ensure that all relevant data is captured automatically.

This makes sense because today to add a report to all projects is very hard and, if you try to do it, it will be very slow operation because the add projects to Report is getting slow if you already add 1000 projects.
