In the new HSE Management category it would be helpful to manage and create Best Practices within a project in its own module.

A Best Practice could be a similar to HSE Observations, but without a status and more a general documentation with descriptions and pictures for everyone available.

It should be possible to copy Best Practices from one project to another.
