Package Item: Add possibility to maintain internal costs

As our supply chains get more complex, we need the possibility to maintain internal cost on package item level.
This possibility should be in addition to Cost and Price.
The following fields will be needed:
Package Item:
- Internal Cost
- Internal Cost Currency
- Internal Cost in Project Currency
Package:
- Total Internal Cost in Project Currency
Container:
- Total Internal Cost in Project Currency
Shipment
- Total Internal Cost in Project Currency
- Also add TotalInternalCostInProjectCurrency for Reports
