S-Curve with Work Hours

Add the possibility to show S-Curves for hours in Site Progress.
It would be helpful to have Booked Hours and Planned Hours visually available .
Things to consider:
- Should the information be included in the existing S-Curve or should a new widget be developed, just for hours information?
- Settings to enable/disable every line?
- Planned Hours based on Planned Dates and Baseline Planned Dates?
- Planned Hours shoud consider linear and normal distribution, based on Project Setup
- Correctly consider project setting "Precision" (Days or Hours)

After several discussions and iterations, we will add the possibility to show the Spent Hours % as graph with the 10.2 release.

With version 10.2 it will be possible to include the spent hours percentage, i.e. the proportion of booked to planned hours, in progress curve widgets for site progress items.
