A new Inventory operation should be added to Project Tools. After scanning a window opens where it is possible to add status, picture and inventory date to the tool.
This information should be visible in Global Tools.

With version 10.2, there will be a distinctive "Inventory" function in the project tools module to set an "Inventory Date" on the associated global tool. Additionally, it will be possible to attach files or deviations to the project tool under consideration. Please note: This functionality will for the moment be available in the mobile app only.

This built-in operation in the LMS-App would be useful for checking the tool-inventory. In comparison users now have to scan a row of tools first, then enter the "Edit" function and change a field manually.
