Feature Requests

On our larger construction sites, deviations are marked directly on the plans to easily locate them. However, the mobile app lacks the ability to view or add points in the plans, limiting the module's practicality. It would be beneficial to have the Plans Module available in the mobile app to enhance its usability on-site.

It would be beneficial if the payroll item module could be integrated into the mobile app. This would allow employees on construction sites to fill in the payroll item themselves directly on their smartphones, alongside time tracking. This integration would streamline the process and improve efficiency for on-site workers.

I noticed that the Multi-Project Mode is not available in the mobile app. It would be beneficial for our team if this feature could be implemented in the mobile version, as it is a key aspect of our process evaluation. Having this feature on mobile would greatly enhance our workflow and efficiency.

It would be beneficial to have the Storage Areas module available on the mobile app. Currently, this module is not accessible on mobile devices, which limits our ability to manage storage locations efficiently while on-site. If we can set a GPS coordinate per Storage Area as well, sharing GPS coordinates with transport companies would streamline deliveries.

In addition to the PDF editor, it would be beneficial to directly edit Word and Excel files. At the moment these files can be opened, but if you want to edit them, the changes are not saved in Insite LMS directly

A colleague mentioned that it would be helpful to have the 'Send to Interface' feature available in the mobile app. This would allow us to create Q-Messages to SAP directly on the phone without needing to return to the office.
