Here we have again a case where we need to create two exact companies only for the type. The supplier is needed for the PO or is more or less created out of the PO Import, from another ERP-System. Then we need to create a subcontractor when he operates on site. Process Packages in Pending Packages needs to consider this new functionality and allow manual adjustments of the target module.

When a list is grouped, several columns are aggregated (e.g. weight in package, quantity in package item and many more). It would be great to be able to filter and and sort by these values.

Current Problems: • "Description" cannot be added in "Edit picture before upload" mode on the App • In App settings there is the option to "Add a visible timestamp to taken pictures" but no option to "Add metadata to taken picture" • Several user complaint about the old-style orange colour of the print, they would prefer white letters with shadows

We manage our tools centrally for our supervisors using the Project Tools module. Some tools are issued for a limited time due to limited availability. It would be helpful to have an agreed return date when issuing materials. If the return date is exceeded, a notification like 'Return date exceeded' could be sent, similar to the Tool Calibration/Certification Warning. This feature would help us utilize and plan these tools better.

Our users find the current package routing from pending to site or free issue based on company type confusing. We suggest implementing a workflow during the process package/shipment finalization that includes user input to determine where the package should go. This would enhance clarity and user control over the package routing process.

We got the feedback that user would be happy if they can pin certain projects at the top of their project list (when switching from one project to another).

When a dialog is open (e.g. package, deviation or any other dialog), I would like to click a next and previous button, to access the next/previous element easily. This needs to consider the sorting of the user in the background and should work especially in the web version, because it doesn't allow editing of elements without a double-click.

Create a new module HSE Observations. There is already a concept available: It should be similar to Deviations in order to move the important topic HSE to it's own place. Main difference to deviations: It will NOT have a reference possibility to other modules and there will be no boards. It should have the following tabs: Files, Notes, Deviations, Tasks, Notifications, History The following fields should be available: HseObservationNo (Running Nr as in Deviation/Task) Title 3 large textfields: Description, TakenActions, Learnings Author AssignedTo Priority Lost Time in hours EventDate DueDate Actual Cost Causing and Resolving Company Same Status as Deviation, same date fields Customfields: Text: 25, Numeric: 2, Date: 2 It still needs to be discussed/defined, how this new module will be linked to either Daily/SummaryLogs, or if a new HSE Summary Log module needs to be created.

Project Tool Issues -Tool Issues should be selectable within Data Restrictions, and these restrictions must be applied consistently across the system. -Include all fields from Global Tools in Project Tool Issues. Add two new fields: -External Rental Fee -External Rental Fee in Project Currency Project Tools -Implement live calculation of Project Duration (currently, the column remains empty if the tool is still active in the project). Add two new fields: -Total Internal Rental Fee -Total Internal Rental Fee in Project Currency Add two additional fields that aggregate the new fields from Project Tool Issues: -Total External Rental Fee -Total External Rental Fee in Project Currency

I really appreciate the grouping feature in LMS. In some cases, I have a code and a related name that belong together (e.g., “030.020.010” and “Lube Oil Module”). Currently, I use two customText fields for that, but when grouping, I must choose either the code or the name, which is not ideal. To work around this, I create a third field combining both, which leads to redundant data. It would be helpful to have a function that virtually links two customText fields for grouping or display in list view. This would simplify data maintenance and avoid duplication.
