Feature Requests

Currently, links in the LMS are treated like documents or images, which complicates handling in the File Viewer. I propose creating a separate module or list specifically for managing links. This would streamline the process and prevent system overload. Additionally, having a separate tab for links alongside attachments would be beneficial. Assigning symbolic images to links for easy identification and allowing Excel import/export for link updates would enhance usability, especially if server paths change.

It would be beneficial if LMS could auto-refresh to reflect changes immediately instead of requiring a manual refresh. This would streamline our workflow and ensure that all updates are visible in real-time.

In our LMS modules, we often rely on Excel lists because a crucial feature is missing. We wish to directly change and save individual fields in the list view with a left-click, such as in the 'Tasks' module. It would be ideal to have an 'edit mode' in the list view to select and save different values directly. Additionally, it would be beneficial to preset which fields can be changed in 'edit mode' through the Forms Setup.

When saving a view using grouping and selecting 'Expand All', the grouping reverts to 'Collapse' when returning to the module. It would be beneficial to have an option to save the 'Collapse/Expand All' state within the view settings, allowing users to maintain their preferred view configuration upon returning.

We need a field to display the date when the verification status changes to 'Accepted'. This would help us extract the date for reporting purposes, as relying on the history is not efficient. Currently, we use a manual field, which is not reliable. Implementing this feature would greatly enhance our reporting accuracy.
