Up to now, HEIC/HEIF image files uploaded to LMS are not handled properly by the system, largely due to compatibility issues. It is worth noting that support for both file types is also largely restricted in most web browsers (except Apple's Safari) for the very same reason and generally requires system-level extensions or server-side conversion. Consequently, these files are not regareded as "images" in the LMS ecosystem, and thus lack a proper thumbnail preview and editing capabilities nor can those files be printed to reports. It is therefore desirable that HEIC/HEIF files are converted to JPG files when being uploaded to make up for aforementioned limitations.

Rather than getting informed as soon as the calibration of a project tool is overdue or an employee certification in a project has expired, it should be possible to receive an alert notification several days in advance of such an event. For both notification types it should therefore be possible to configure the number of days an alert should be sent in advance to warn the user that e.g. a tool calibration needs to be conducted soon or that an employee certificate is about to expire any time soon. In addition, the frequency of the tool calibration notifications will be increased from a weekly to a daily basis.

The following improvements for dashboards would be desirable: 1.) An option in the widget settings to show the baseline planned progress in progress chart and progress curve widgets. This option should be considered as opt-in, i.e. it should be disabled by default. 2.) An option in the widget settings to hide the total in bar charts, line charts, and trend charts. 3.) An option in the widgets settings to show or hide decimals in the value labels. This option will be set to false be default to improve overall readability of the dashboards.

I would like to have a Multi-Project View in the 'Users in Project' section. It would be beneficial to have an overview of where I have set specific permissions on projects that deviate from the default role. This feature would help in managing and reviewing project permissions more efficiently.

For an admin it is not possible to see, in which module and for which field a list is used. Please add a button which shows, where which field is used.

All software components should be updated to the most recent .NET version to ensure long-term compatibility and enable using the latest framework improvements regarding performance, security, and stability.

Similar as in the Desktop and the Web Client, it should be possible to reference existing files in the files page. This is particularly relevant for daily logs, for example.

We would like to use the Manufacturing Summary Log in the following way: Before our expediter visits the supplier, he will create a Manufacturing Summary Log and assign all Manufacturing Items he plans to inspect. When the expediter is at the supplier, he can just scroll through the list of "planned" inspections (manufacturing items) and enter the progress accordingly. This would eliminate the frequent search for individual manufacturing items during the suppliers visit.

Currently a defined list of tables and fields can be added in the import mapping. We have a use case to integrate several systems and need to map normal text or numeric fields of e.g. material to other values in the database. Please enhance the import mappings to allow more use cases for "normal" fields

Feedback: We’ve observed that for large text fields in the DailyLogs, users who are not proficient in German often type their text directly in the LMS, then copy it into ChatGPT, and finally back into the LMS. They do this to correct umlauts, spelling mistakes, and punctuation. Suggestion: It might be helpful to offer an integrated text correction or language assistance feature directly in the LMS to simplify this workflow
