It is not really clear why attachments are not available in the Project Structure module. It would be benefitial to have them available like in all other modules.

We would like to store our large Excel files in the Excel Binary format .xlsb to reduce the size of the Excel files being transfered. Xlsb-files would be up to 90% smaller than xlsx-files. If Insite LMS could read this format, we could save a lot on data transfer and disk space.

A new Inventory operation should be added to Project Tools. After scanning a window opens where it is possible to add status, picture and inventory date to the tool. This information should be visible in Global Tools.

We would need Data Restrictions for projects, because would like to add more locations to Insite LMS. These users should not be able to edit/view projects from other locations. In addition it would be great to have Data Restrictions for Excel Templates so we can limit those as well.

We got the feedback that user would be happy if they can pin certain projects at the top of their project list (when switching from one project to another).

When pictures or attachments are uploaded to the wrong item, users need to use the copy function and then manually delete the pictures on the source item. It would be helpful to have a cut option, to move pictures or attachments easily.

Currently it is not possible to change the Progress Type (Manufacturing Type in Manufacturing Module, Site Progress Type in Site Progress Module) after any progress was entered, even if it is set to 0. The only option is to delete and re-add the item.

We would need it for entering better information for Travels, e.g. Origin, Destination, Alternative Origin for Invoice,...
